Upon WealthTradie Apprenticeship enrollment, you are granted a limited, exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the course content for personal and single commercial use only. You do not hold a license to transfer, redistribute, sell, or charge a licensee fee for any and all course content.
4.3 Copyright Infringement Penalty
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any course material in violation of copyright laws will result in immediate termination of access to the course and its contents use, and may lead to legal action, including but not limited to, claims for damages and injunctions. You acknowledge that any such unauthorized use will cause irreparable harm to WealthTradie and will be subject to penalties and legal fees incurred in enforcing these rights.
4.4 License Rights
WealthTradie Masters enrollment, who are publically registered with WealthTradie, are granted a limited, exclusive, transferable right to access and view the course content for personal and multiply commercial uses. License holders may transfer, redistribute, sell, or charge a licensee fee for any and all course content. Only publicly registered WealthTradie Masters are authorized to charge a licensee use fee.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the course in a lawful manner and refrain from any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
- Sharing course materials with unauthorized persons
- Engaging in disruptive or harmful activities in online forums or webinars
- Providing false or misleading information during interactions
